Information you provide
The budtender survey collects your sample pack, ordered flavor rankings, optional comments, and a submission identifier used to prevent duplicates. It does not request your name or store information. Please avoid including personal information in comments. Survey responses are stored in our database and accessible to authorized administrators.
Age acknowledgment
When you confirm that you are 21 or older, the site stores an age acknowledgment in your browser’s session storage. It contains only “yes,” is used to avoid showing the age prompt again during that browser session, and is normally removed when the session ends. It is not sent to Tropix by the site’s code.
Routine technical information
Like most websites, our hosting and network providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, date and time, and error or security information. Tropix does not use this website information to build advertising profiles or track visitors across unrelated sites.
Service providers and external links
This site is hosted using Vercel, stores survey responses in Neon Postgres, and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Those providers may receive routine technical information when your browser connects to their services and handle it under their own privacy terms. Links to Instagram take you to a service operated by Meta. Once you leave this site, the destination service’s privacy policy applies.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The private administrator dashboard uses a secure session cookie for authentication. The public site does not run website analytics, use advertising pixels, or sell personal information. Because the site does not track visitors across websites, it does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Your choices and requests
You can clear the age acknowledgment by closing your browser session or clearing this site’s browser storage. The public site does not offer customer accounts. If you included personal information in a survey comment, contact us with enough detail to identify the submission. Privacy questions may be sent through Tropix’s official Instagram account.
Adults only
This site and the products shown are intended only for adults age 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
Policy changes
If the website’s data practices change, this policy will be updated to describe them and the effective date above will be revised. Please review this page periodically.
